Do you want more trust and less hustle in your life?

What would it feel like to let go of struggle and still get what you want?
What would it feel like to have a rock-solid faith in your power as a woman?

I'm so excited to be leading a powerful 6-week course that teaches just that. It's all about :

  • less doubt, more trust
  • less struggle, more surrender
  • less forcing, more receiving

My skills were put to the test recently when I was looking for a new place to live.

My partner and I wanted to move in together and both our places were too small. We found ourselves in a tough rental market, and to add to the mix, my entire family was going to be in town for a big family event, which I was in charge of! What?!?! If anyone has looked for a new place to live recently, you know it’s a full time job. And then there's the fact that I don’t do well when I have too much on my plate. Things were not looking good.

I would be taken down at the knees if I took the "hustle" approach and tried to compete with everyone else out there. I knew I had to do things differently. I committed to stressing as little as possible, and instead leaned on my strengths of desire and intuition. I used my intuition A LOT. I quickly said No to places that didn’t feel right, and I listened for the places that set off that bell of rightness - that internal ding-ding-ding.

We got really excited about one house, but when I saw the inside my heart sank. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t right. I SO wanted it to be right! We had developed a good relationship with the owners and it was ours if we wanted it. Saying no felt like torture, especially as we watched couple after couple frantically filling out rental applications... But we did.

The loss of that place helped me get even more clear about my desires. Then we found a place we loved. The landlord liked us, but there was one person ahead of us in line. We filled out all the paperwork and hoped for the best. The next day we were in a tizzy trying to think of anything we could do or say to help us get the place. But we were no longer in control. Short of calling the landlord incessantly with reasons why he should pick us, there was nothing we could do.

You know what I’m talking about - that feeling of waiting, hoping, and stressing. That feeling of helplessness when you want something so bad, but you can’t force it to happen. You have done your best and it is no longer up to you. Maybe it’s a date, a job interview, or wanting another kid when your partner doesn’t.

That is the perfect time for surrender.

So that night, after work and errands, my partner and I did a ritual I learned from The Goddess Process. We handed over our huge desire to the divine and surrendered. In order to do this ritual we had to go outside, so there we were, down at the lake with a headlamp and a coconut. The whole thing was hilarious, deep, soothing, and meaningful. We slept well that night, knowing we had indeed done everything we could, and that we no longer had to stress, or try to force things.

The landlord called the next day and told us we got it.

The place is beautiful, full of quality, and it’s two blocks from the place I turned down.

And I got it by trusting. (A good credit score didn’t hurt either.)

This is what The Goddess Process teaches: less doubt, more trust, less struggle, more surrender, less forcing, more receiving.

So I'll ask you again:

What would it feel like to let go of the struggle and still get what you want?
What would it feel like to have a rock-solid faith in your power as a woman?

*The Goddess Process is a course created by the amazing Dara McKinley. Her work has had a profound on my life and my coaching. She has spent 6 years developing and teaching this material and I’m honored to be carrying the torch of her brilliance by continuing to teach this course in Seattle.

For lots more information about the course, check out the links below:

Here is an in-depth description of the online version of the course. The live version is even better because you get lots of support and the richness of being in community.

Dara interviewed me recently. You'll find out more about my path to becoming a Goddess Process Facilitator as well as the one thing I want everyone woman to know.

Dara's blog has some articles illuminating some of the topics covered in The Goddess Process, like GRIEF, ANGER, and FORGIVENESS.

In this video Dara talks about how the course, despite it's woo-woo name, addresses practical issues that the modern woman faces. (Created for the Spring course.)

If you're interested but unsure, shoot me an email. I will tell you honestly if it's worth your time and money based on what you're needing and wanting.
