Happiness Project - Krypton Community College

This course takes learners through a playful, five-step experiment to discover what specific habits will make them happier. Based on the idea that happiness is something we can increase through thought and actions.

Course objectives
• Formulate hypotheses about what makes you happy.
• Discuss those happiness theories with the group and get feedback.
• Test out these hypotheses to see if they make you happier in their daily lives.
• Make goals and plans to increase their levels of happiness beyond the course.
• Establish a support network to hold other students accountable to their goals.

The course material is based on the work of Gretchen Rubin.
Everyone in the course gets a PDF document with links to articles, videos, etc.
The book The Happiness Project: Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin is part of the course material. It is recommended that you acquire it as soon as possible.
