The short version:
I am a fierce and loving advocate for you and your goals.
The longer version:
While earning my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University in Seattle I began working with a coach at the end of my clinical training, discovering that I love the coaching process. From there, I went on to train with Coach for Life, a spiritually focused program accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Now with twelve years of coaching experience, I know how to help you achieve your dreams, whether they feel close and do-able, or far away and scary. My style is both irreverent and deep, combining an anti-oppression analysis with a commitment to pleasure and self-expression. My strong intuitive abilities help hone in on the core of the issue and provide a transformative perspective.
I recently spent two years coaching at Starbucks Corporate Headquarters and have led numerous classes, workshops, and groups on topics such as happiness, stress reduction, self-care, dating, desires, and mindfulness.
