Happiness 101 Intro

Learn simple, scientifically proven activities to increase your happiness level.

Everyone wants to be happy, but how do you know what will actually make you happy? If you’ve noticed that the new car or a raise only provides temporary happiness, or you’ve gone through a hard time and wonder if you will ever feel happy again, this class is for you.

You will learn how much of your happiness is under your control and be taught scientifically proven techniques to increase happiness levels. This class is the missing link between what psychology, spirituality, science, and real life have to teach us about living well.
